Like their rear shocks, the DHF forks absorb small bumps and resist bottoming on the big hits. Included are extra springs and preload spacers for fine tuning spring rates. The MT is set up factory with heavy duty springs for the hucksters. Don't be scared off by the 11lb weight. You will ride faster with this fork and safer . The Avy products are predictable in any type of terrain. I still have not felt any fork that can come close in damping performance. Forget about expensive and time consuming rebuilds. The internals do not wear out and the fork oil looks brand new even after a full season of racing!
