Dual Dampers help resist bottom out and give the fork a motocross feel. 
Dual dampers are a must for riders that love hitting drop offs.
Dual Dampers will add about 1 lb to the forks overall weight.
Color of uppers is a graphite grey
DHF-7's get 7 & 3/8" total travel. 
Length is typical of most 8" forks currently on the market, so bike geometry is not affected. 
The DHF 7 can be altered longer with an optional extension kit.  This kit is designed originally for riders who want to run very large tires like the old Gazzaloddi 26" x 3.0". 
The extension kit happens to work well for riders looking to slacken their bikes head angle or raise the bikes bottom bracket height. 
Optional lengthener adds 1/2" to the length of the DHF-7, making it just as long as the no longer available DHF-8 and is no extra charge!
Avalanche forks may take up to one week or more to order.  They are custom tuned and designed forks.
